Aari needle or tambour needle is intended for manual chain stitch embroidery and embroidery with beads or sequins. The needle point is sharp to go through the fabric nicely and the hook is slightly bent inwards to prevent the thread from slipping out. The set includes a wooden handle and three needles with hook thickness of 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm and 1.1 mm. The needles are attached to the handle with a screw. The handle thickness is 6 - 8 mm.
