Returns & refunds

We wish for all our customers to be fully satisfied with the products they purchased from us. In case you are not satisfied with a product, we offer you the possibility to return it within 14 days of receipt.

In order to return a product, please fill out the return form below. It should contain the necessary information about the returned product, including the order number, customer name and telephone number as well as the reason why you wish to return the product.

Make sure that the returned product is in the same condition in which you received it, with undamaged labels and packaging. Damaged or used products cannot be returned.

After receiving the completed return form and checking the conditions, we will process the return and refund the value of the product. Please note that the return of the products will be at your own expense.
