SOTEO S.R.L. provides delivery services to consumers residing in all 27 European Union member states. Orders are processed, packed, and dispatched from our centralized European partner warehouses within 24 hours of payment confirmation. We cooperate with reliable regional courier services (DHL, DPD, GLS, and local postal systems) to ensure secure delivery and real-time tracking.

Estimated transit times are 2 to 4 working days for Central European destinations and 5 to 7 working days for remote regions. While we strive to meet these delivery windows, actual delivery times may vary due to custom clearance, regional holidays, or severe weather conditions. Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight and destination country.

Under EU consumer law, Soteo bears the risk of loss or damage to the goods during transit until they are physically delivered to you or a designated third party. If you receive a parcel with visible outer packaging damage, please report it to the courier immediately, document the damage on the delivery receipt, and notify our support team at office@soteo.eu within 48 hours to facilitate claims.
