Description Elevate your textile creations with our premium Double-Sided Iron-On Thermal Adhesive Film. Specifically engineered for professional haberdashery, embroidery, and crafting, this high-grade fusible interlining provides a reliable and clean bond between fabrics. With a generous 100 cm width, it offers ample working space for large-scale textile designs, custom iron-on patches, emblems, and detailed fabric appliques. This heat-activated bonding sheet acts as the perfect carrier, allowing you to temporarily secure your designs during prep and achieve a flawless, permanent fusion upon final application without altering the natural drape or feel of your garments. Key Features * **Double-Sided Heat Activation:** Designed for seamless bonding, creating strong, flat, and durable connections between fabric layers. * **Extra-Wide Working Area:** The 100 cm width accommodates larger fabric panels and maximizes material efficiency for multiple small patches. * **Embellishment & Patch Friendly:** Ideal for creating custom iron-on patches, badges, and intricate embroidery backings. * **Clean & Flexible Finish:** Engineered to prevent stiffening, keeping your textiles soft, flexible, and comfortable to wear. * **Transparent Adhesive:** Cures completely clear, ensuring a professional, invisible bond on fabrics of any color. Technical Specifications * **Product Type:** Double-sided thermal adhesive foil / Fusible web * **Color:** Transparent * **Width:** 100 cm * **Optimal Ironing Temperature:** 135°C – 180°C (275°F – 356°F) * **Application Time:** 6 – 8 seconds * **Recommended Pressure:** 1.3 bar Application Guidelines For professional-grade results, follow these application recommendations: 1. **Sample Test:** We highly recommend performing a test press on a small scrap piece of your target fabric prior to final application. 2. **Pre-Glued Setup:** During initial layering or embroidery, use low heat and light pressure. The adhesive film should only be lightly bonded to the carrier material to prevent it from penetrating too deeply into the base fibers. This preserves the maximum amount of adhesive for a secure bond to the final garment. 3. **Final Press:** Apply heat at 135°C – 180°C for 6 to 8 seconds under 1.3 bar pressure to permanently fuse the patch or applique to the garment.
