Description Elevate your textile crafting and professional patch production with our premium **Thermo Adhesive Foil**. Specially engineered for creating custom iron-on transfers, embroidered patches, and textile badges, this transparent heat-seal film delivers a clean, reliable, permanent bond. Designed for precision workability, it preserves adhesive depth during initial backing so your final transfer onto garments is flawless. Key Features & Benefits - **Professional Patch Creation:** Ideal for turning embroidered badges, appliqués, and patches into easy-to-use iron-ons. - **Optimal Adhesive Layering:** Formulated for light initial adhesion, ensuring plenty of adhesive mass remains for final garment application. - **Clean Transparent Finish:** Blends seamlessly into all textile designs without altering underlying fabric colors. - **Versatile Fabric Compatibility:** Essential haberdashery material for tailors, crafters, and garment manufacturers. Technical Specifications - **Product Type:** Thermo Adhesive / Interlining Foil - **Width:** 33 cm - **Color:** Transparent - **Recommended Ironing Temperature:** 135 ºC – 180 ºC - **Recommended Ironing Time:** 6 – 8 seconds - **Recommended Application Pressure:** 1.3 bar Application & Usage Instructions 1. **Initial Attachment:** Iron the thermofoil onto the backside of your embroidery or patch for 6 to 8 seconds at 135 ºC – 180 ºC with approximately 1.3 bar of pressure. 2. **Temperature & Pressure Control:** Avoid using excessive heat or pressure during this initial step. The film should only slightly adhere to the backing without penetrating deeply into the lower fibers or carrier material. This leaves maximum film density for final ironing. 3. **Garment Application:** Once coated, your patch is ready to be perfectly ironed onto the final garment. 4. **Pre-Test Recommendation:** Always perform a test application on a small sample swatch of your material prior to full-scale production to fine-tune your heat and pressure settings.
